Soil stabilization is the alteration of soils to enhance their physical properties and is often a necessary part of earth moving in order to control the shrink-swell of a soil and/or add strength to the soil, improving its load bearing capacity. At Gelly we commonly utilize lime stabilization, cement stabilization, and other modes of soil modification to establish a solid sub grade for both short term construction capacity, but also for the long term existence of the property.
